Hello! Watermarkly’s app to watermark photos has a new feature - multi-line text!
Now, you can create multi-line text, align it left/right or make it center and set the amount of space between words.
Creating a multi-line text is very simple. Firstly, import your images in Watermarkly and select “Add Text”. Click inside the text bar and type in your text. For example, Karen Page. Write “Karen”, then press “Enter” to start a new line and type in “Page”. If you have already written “Karen Page “ in one line, you can click on the space between Karen and Page with your mouse and then press “Enter” to separate these two words. All done is done! It is possible to create three or more lines, if you want. Once you create a multi-line text, you will be able to align it left, right or make it center by selecting one of the Alignment buttons. You can bring the words closer together or further apart by adjusting the Line Height.
Hello! We would like to tell you about Watermarkly’s two new updates.
The feature of background removal from black and white uploaded logos had been significantly improved. Let’s say, you have a digital version of your signature. The signature itself is black and the background is white. You want to add this signature to your photos as a watermark, so you uploaded it into Watermarkly by clicking “Add Logo” and then choosing “From my computer”. Then, in order to remove the white background you have to click on “Remove Background”. Voilà! The background is gone and now you are left with only your signature as if you had signed this photo with your own hand. Along with having improved this feature, we also added the ability to choose the color for your uploaded signature or any other uploaded logo. It is easier now to make your uploaded logo watermark match the rest of the photo color-wise.
Hi! We added a new feature to Watermarkly - it’s an image resizer!
With the help of the Resizer you can quickly resize your photos without watermarking them. And it is very simple too!
In order to resize your photo you need to drag your images into the Resizer or click on “Select images”. You can upload images from your computer, Dropbox or Google Drive. Once they are uploaded into the app, click on “Resize images”. The Output Settings dialogue will open. Here you have to set three parameters. The first one is the quality of the output file - Maximum, Superb, Good or Medium. Then you need to chose how do you want your images to be resized - to fit height, to fit width, fit into rectangular or by percentage. The third parameter is the maximum number of pixels or the amount of percentage of the original. For example, you can set “Resize Images” to fit height (if you are processing a vertical photo) and set “Max height (pixels)” to 2000. When you’re finished with the settings, click on “Resize images“.
The app is going to resize your images and, when the process is finished, you’ll download a zip file with your resized images.
When you watermark photos Watermarkly automatically changes the watermark’s size and position for every photo in the batch. It will make the watermark smaller for smaller images and larger for larger photos. All done automatically. Now you can adjust watermark position for some images. For example, if you feel that different position may work better for particular images.
To change watermark position simply click the Preview button on the Output Settings screen. This will bring up a screen where you can click through selected photos and see how the watermark looks on them. If you don’t like the position, click the watermark and drag it to the desired position. You can also change the watermark’s size if necessary.
Once you’re happy with the results, close the dialog by clicking the cross in the top-right corner and click the Watermark Images button to start watermarking your photos.
Ivan’s here - we added new capability to Watermarkly’s app to watermark photos. Now you can repeat your watermark all over the photo.
Two modes are available: straight and diagonal. Straight mode repeats the watermark horizontally and vertically. Diagonal repeats the watermark like black and white squares on a chess table.
To add a repeating watermark, click the watermark item you want to repeat and change the Tile option from “None” to “Straight” or “Diagonal”.
